This policy explains what information Acricom collects, why, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

  • Account details: your name, email, phone (optional) and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Your brief and files: business details, brand preferences, copy notes, logos and other files you upload.
  • Messages: what you send through the contact form or your project dashboard.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and payment status, never your full card number.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How We Use It

To build, host and maintain your website, run SEO work on it, bill you, send you service emails (order, preview, revision, launch and monthly report notices), and answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who Processes It for Us

  • Stripe, for payments.
  • DigitalOcean, which hosts our servers and your site's server.
  • Mailgun, which delivers our emails.
  • Google Analytics, which measures visits to acricom.com (pages viewed, approximate location, device and referring site).

Some of our build and SEO work is assisted by software agents operating under our control. They access your brief and files only to do the work you ordered.

How Long We Keep It

For as long as your account or plan is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Site servers and their backups are deleted after cancellation as described in our terms.

Your Choices

You can update your account details in your profile, delete your account from the same page, or write to us to request a copy or deletion of your information.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and Google Analytics cookies to measure how people find and use acricom.com. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
